Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance.

• Cancellations made 72 hours (3 business days) or more prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. 

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 business days) before the appointment will result in a $150 cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged $300. 

• No-Shows or same day cancellations for Ulthera or Thermage will be charged $500.

• Cancellations for Thermage and Ulthera: Your Thermage/Ulthera $500 deposit is held in order to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment.  If this appointment is canceled less than 3 business days prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.  Any cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your appointment are subject to credit card fees.

• Scheduling changes within 3 business days of your appointment will incur a $150 late rescheduling fee.

Late Arrivals:

Please Note: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time, as we cannot extend appointments beyond their scheduled duration to accommodate late arrivals.
